If you grew up in Rhinebeck in the 70's or 80's, you probably knew Brian as that really smart guy with no social skills whose momma dressed him funny. Very little has changed since then, except that he dresses himself funny now and has managed to acquire a lovely wife and two reasonably well-behaved children despite said lack of social skills. Also, he's been able to do what precious few others have been able to do: namely, convert his news-junkie habit into a viable career option lasting more than two decades. Brian was born in Rhinebeck and has lived in the Hudson Valley all his life, mainly in the wildernesses of Clinton Corners and far northern Dutchess County, just a few miles south of where you start seeing road signs in French.
