Hey what’s up?? Jack Hammer here…for those of you that don’t know me and even for those that do, here’s a little something about me so we can get acquainted…

I’ve been a broadcaster in the Hudson Valley since 1990. I started off at WBNR-AM as a producer and before I knew it I had a weekend air shift on K104. I could not have started my career at any better radio stations. After nearly 5 years, I moved on to WSUL in Monticello as the host of the afternoon drive shift. That was also a lot of fun! In June of 2000, I returned to (what had become) Pamal Broadcasting as a producer. It was like coming home...being around WBNR and K104 as well as WHUD. About a year or so after my return to Pamal Broadcasting, I started to become part of the Woodman in the Morning Show doing some characters and things like that. Well, before I knew it, I was a regular sidekick! What an absolutely memorable time, one I will never forget! In February of 2006, I had to take a leave of absence due to personal reasons. Now, after a few phone calls, a big dose of “I must be dreaming” and a pinch of good fortune, I’m back home at Pamal Broadcasting, doing the one career that truly makes me happy… entertaining you! All of us here at WBPM have worked very hard to make sure that you get the best possible variety of music in the Hudson Valley. So all I can say is thanks for listening and “Sit Back And Enjoy The Ride!”
