CONTEST ELIGIBILITY
Everyone on board the Rock the Boat Cruise may enter to win the back yard upgrade: (24 foot swimming pool/liner/skimmer/1hp filter) from Swim King.
Winner will be determined by random drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter. However, the winner must meet eligibility requirements as follows:
1) Winner must be 21 or older and present on the boat to win.
2) Winner will have 30 days to claim Grand prize, and set up installation time. If pool is not claimed within 30 days grand prize will be forfeited to a runner up.
3) Prize is not transferable. If winner is not capable of setting up this pool on his (or her) premise, prize will be forfeited and will go to a runner up.
4) Winner must live in Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, Columbia, or Greene County.
5) Any electrical work, or landscaping that may be needed to accommodate the pool is responsibility of the winner.
6) Winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes.
7) Employees or relatives of Pamal Broadcasting , Swim King, Hudson River Cruises, and other media are not eligible to win. |
