“Classic Hits 92.9 WBPM” has been designed to blend the biggest rock and pop hits of the 60’s, the 70’s and the 80’s into a unique music variety every hour. Our library spans from the Beatles arrival in the mid-60’s through 1989 and features a broad range of proven and familiar hits.
“Classic Hits 92.9 WBPM” is a station built on the heritage of the WBPM call letters in the Hudson Valley region of New York. With a signal covering Dutchess, Ulster, Greene and Columbia counties, we deliver a fun and up-tempo Classic Hits format which will appeal to a wide audience.
Classic Hits 92.9 is a new INDEPENDENT radio station. We’ve heard our neighbors complain about the lack of variety they get from the other stations in the area and how they play the same songs … over and over … every day. The programming for most of those other radio stations is managed by someone at the ‘corporate office’; miles away from the Hudson Valley. Classic Hits 92.9 is programmed and presented locally by people who are your neighbors. We listen to what’s important to you and we do our best to deliver the best music variety and the information you want every day.
